Project Overview
Castle Valley Consultants provided planning assistance to the Borough’s Planning Commission in updating the thirteen-year-old Comprehensive Plan. The Plan is based on a policy format that emphasizes the goals and objectives. The survey and analysis portion of the Plan contains only essential information to provide a sound basis for the Goals and Objectives. Yardley Borough is primarily a residential community with a viable town center and very little vacant land. Thus, the vision of the Plan is to maintain the quality of life for the residents and to promote a viable business area.
