Project Description
Project Overview
In today’s world, information resources have become increasing abundant. It has become crucial that information resources be organized, easily accessible, and accurate. Hilltown Township Water & Sewer Authority (HTWSA) faced an increasing demand for information, document, and data management. HTWSA’s information resources include: customer records, administrative documents, and an abundance of water and sewer system data and information. For over a decade, HTWSA has been utilizing a geographical information system (GIS) developed by Castle Valley Consultants to make smarter decisions about the operations and maintenance of their water and sanitary systems. Based on the successful implementation of their GIS, HTWSA understood the importance and potential cost-effective benefits of up-to-date, accurate, and organized information.
